You must take into account the following information to proceed with your request:

* Garments in the SALE/DISCOUNT category or purchased with a special discount (black friday, etc.) are not eligible for exchange or return.
* Changes of garments are made for products of equal or lesser value and these are subject to inventory availability
* For any type of return, shipping costs are borne by the buyer or buyer.
* Pandawa reserves the right to accept changes after analyzing the product, verifying that the state of the garment meets the conditions mentioned above.

*You must pack the garments you send us correctly and with a security bag to avoid mistreatment during the journey. It is the customer's responsibility to send the product they wish to change or return in perfect condition.
RIGHTS OF WITHDRAWAL
